Thank you. Welcome back to maryland, cpac. We are so excited to be here at such an important time for conservatives to come together I will tell you why. The left has told us something that should put fear in the heart of every parent and not just parents, every single person. They said they are coming for our children.

I don't know about you but when it comes to kids, I think the republican party has a duty. We have a responsibility and that is to be the party that protects children. Whether it's like president zelenskyy saying he wants our sons and daughters to die in ukraine, whether it's the san francisco gay men's choir literally saying we are coming for your children -- or it's the new disturbing ideology that tells the most incredible lies that children can actually change their gender before they have even grown up and before they have finished puberty, before they have developed into an adult and before they are old enough to vote before they are old enough to graduate from high school, before they are old enough to get a tattoo permanently on their skin come of before they are old enough to buy nicotine, before they are old enough to fight alcohol, before they even graduate from high school. Many of them before they drive a car. When I ran for congress, I thought I was running for congress to rein in out-of-control spending in washington and defend our southern border, to fight against the radical left and their ideas of bigger government with more control, to stop funding foreign wars that never do anything for america but send our soldiers back home either in coffins or with ptsd. I thought I was fighting for conservative values, to support businesses and give her kids a future. But, on day one, when I was sworn into congress and we voted on the rules package and that was last congress, our speaker was nancy pelosi. To my shock, we had a new rule in our rules package and that was, there was no more gender. You couldn't say family names, mother, father, sister, brother. You couldn't acknowledge he, she, her or him because gender was no longer in existence. We had a big fight on the equality act where he ended up putting a sign outside my office door that said there were only two genders male and female, trust the science. [applause] but who knew this would become an even bigger battle? Then I started to learn about industries that is turning into a multi-billion-dollar industry and they have a target or should I say a victim. Their target is not adults, adults can choose what they wanted to, we are talking of people under the age of 18. Their target for the multibillion dollar industry our children. Everyone knows when you were growing up, how many times did you say when you were a kid, you wanted to be a fireman or a doctor or a police officer. He wanted to be something when you are an adult when you grow up, you became something else. My favorite thing to say that I did become when I started is I wanted to be a mom. Thankfully, I am a mom. [applause] put the victims of this industry our kids. These are kids who are confused about who they are and they are confused about who they are because of what they are seeing on the internet, what they see on social media and they are also confused, many of them, because these victims of this billion-dollar industry, many of these victims have diagnoses of autism, mental illness, they have depression, anxiety, psychosis. Many of the women were in foster care so they have already lived lives of the abuse. These victims come in thinking they are going to find happiness and they are going to find sick. See and their identity because they think they can change their gender. These boys think they can become girls on the girls think they can become boys but what's happening to them is they are given puberty blockers that actually chemically cast reads them, makes them sterile, they are given testosterone to girls as young as 11, 12 or 13 and within 4-5 years, some of them have to have hysterectomies because of the damage it does inside of them. There are teenage girls having their breasts cut off. That is a permanent damage to their body, they will never be able to breast-feed their baby. There are boys that are having their pianist is turned inside out. These are kids. Last congress, I did something radical and extreme. Marjorie taylor greene is so extreme, remember. [applause] I introduced a bill called the protect children's innocence act. Protect children's innocent act. Let me tell you my great news this morning. It couldn't pass last congress because nancy pelosi was the speaker of the house and she doesn't believe in gender at all. But we have a new speaker in our republican majority in the house of representatives.

And I am going to be introducing my bill, the protect children's innocence act that will make it a felony to perform anything to do with gender care on children. [applause] obviously, you all agree with me. It's not just conservative republicans that agree with this, this is not a right wing extremist idea, everyone, that we should protect children for making a horrible mistake. Many of these kids realize this mistake and they hate what they've done to themselves. Then they are left with lifelong disabilities by the people making billions of dollars mutilating the genitals. Let's think about like this -- this is actually an idea for all americans, not just a republican idea because people like bill marr agree with me on this issue even though he attacks me. There is independence, democrats, all over america that agree we need to let kids be kids. [applause] while I am still committed to saying no money to ukraine in that country needs to find -- find peace, not war [applause]

And while I will look at a camera directly tell president zelenskyy, you better leave your hands off of eric sons and daughters because they are not dying over there. 

I will also inform the lion that looks to devour and that line is looking to devour our children that our god is bigger. And our god is the god that created us, man and woman in his image he created us. 

Our god is the god that created our children and because of him, we will get this bill passed and the republican party will be the party that protects children from such an evil that I cannot believe it exists in this time. Call to action, call to action I'm introducing my bill next week, call every single member of congress and tell them to yet on the protect children's innocent act and thank you so much cpac to for endorsing my bill.

There can be no middle way in dealing with transgenderism. It is all or nothing. If trangenderism is true – if men really can become women – then it’s true for everybody of all ages. If transgenderism is false – as it is – if men really can’t become women – as they cannot – then it’s false for everybody too. And if it’s false, then we should not indulge in it, especially since that indulgence requires taking away the rights and customs of so many people. If it is false, then for the good of society and especially for the good of the poor people who have fallen prey to this confusion, transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely, the whole preposterous ideology at every level.

The academics and their solution to problems. They come up with horrible ideas like during the progressive area, they come up with eugenics, they thought of jim crow, these people that you should be respecting are the ones that are in classrooms right now teaching things like transgender-ism, of course we should not expect them -- respect them. They know nothing and have done nothing. If they are convinced of their own superiority.

Another one of their big ones obviously which I touched upon earlier was transgender-ism. Never thought we would be here. Never thought. There is no way, I do not care, there is no way that you could have fathomed that you would be a big get if you said that men cannot be women and women cannot be men. That's crazy.

You would be considered a bigot and called a bigot for saying that only women can give birth. These things are obvious. Obviously true. And yet they are teaching students, people are earning degrees in categories like transgender-ism, to learn that no actually that is not true.

There is something other than

Reality that you can achieve. Another category of course is anti-semitism, my personal favorite, - feminism, racing women to believe that they should hate men and project men. That every problem in society can be described by terms like toxic masculinity. Look at all these things and I described them as people and things that we should laugh at. Because the left is radical, but they are ever so intentional. They are machiavelli and, and they know exactly what they are doing. They know what all of these things have in common, climate change, transgender-ism, feminism, we look up and go how, why, what is wrong with the bathroom sides, why? Why did they choose pilots every day gets rid of things that he cared about? -- violence every day against random things that nobody ever cared about? Their intentions are to go after the one thing that stands between them and absolute power. That is the family unit.

You revisit transgender-ism, and what better way to annihilate families than to annihilate bodies? They will be able to produce families. You have men mutilating their bodies that they can reproduce, women mutilating their bodies and being unable to reproduce. Transgenderism’s intention is to go after the family unit. You have men and women mutilating their bodies until they’re unable to reproduce, but mutilating your body does not change your sex (it is just mutilating your body) -- that is an attack ultimately on the family. These people become enslaved by big pharma and take pills to try to make themselves happy to deal with their own depression. But that is an attack ultimately on the family.

The interior life, your family is of the utmost importance. But closely following that is the exterior life, and here's what I will say. And I say this from the bottom of my heart. I mean this well. If you are somebody who believes that we need to meet and sit down and break bread with the left on these various topics, figure out how we can come together, we don't need you. We need fighters.

There is no middle ground on trends in terrorism. There is no middle ground on child grooming. There is no middle ground on coming up with fluffy terms for pedophilia. Theres no middle ground and if you are offended because some of us have the courage to say what needs to be said, we sadly don't need you. We don't need you. Ladies and gentlemen I think I have made a career of fighting like hell, my promise to you always on the stage and out in the world is I will never stop fighting like hell, especially when it comes to family.
